From purchase to production in days, not quarters.
A turnkey deployment has four moving parts: choose the fit, agree the scope, configure the system, and hand over the keys. Here is exactly what that looks like.
After access and data are in hand. Complex migrations and integrations are quoted separately.
Fixed written scope before work begins
Your branding, users, and data
Training and a launch checklist
30 days of launch support included
The process
Four steps. No mystery invoices.
You always know what is happening, what it costs, and who is doing it.
01
Choose the solution and license
Pick the system that fits your business. Decide whether you want the Source License or Licensed Software. If you are not sure, tell us how the business runs and we will recommend the simplest fit — including if you should wait or look elsewhere.
Catalog product and fixed price
Source or licensed model
No discovery invoice
02
Agree the scope and pay
We confirm what is included, what is not, and a target go-live date in writing. Payment goes through Stripe. Setup and support are separate line items, so you can see exactly what you are buying.
Written scope and timeline
Secure Stripe checkout
Clear add-ons and exclusions
03
Deploy, import, and train
We install and configure the application, apply your branding, set up user roles, map your data, and run a working session with your team. You see the system with real records before launch, not a generic demo.
Hosting, SSL, and security baseline
Data import and validation
Live training and admin handover
04
Go live and stay supported
You get the keys, the runbook, and a direct line for the first 30 days. After that, the optional Care Plan keeps updates, monitoring, backups, and support in one annual agreement.

Who does the work
A decade of lead engineering, on your deployment.
Calcaware is led by an engineer with more than ten years of experience as a lead software engineer across multiple startups. The person who scopes your deployment is the person who builds, launches, and supports it — not an account manager or a junior implementation team.
Use the software as-is with updates included. No source modification, but feature packages let you request specific additions without owning the whole codebase.
Choose it if: you want the lowest upfront cost and a product that is maintained for you.
No. Source License customers can self-deploy with our runbook or use their own IT provider. Licensed Software customers can also self-host where the license allows. The setup service is for teams that want the deployment handled.
What do you need from us to start?
A decision-maker, access to your domain and hosting (or permission for us to set them up), your logo and brand details, a data export, a list of users and roles, and a couple of hours for training.
What happens if the project takes longer than expected?
We agree on a written scope and a target go-live date before work starts. If something outside the scope changes the timeline, we tell you before doing the work and quote it separately.
Can you migrate data from our current system?
Usually. Setup includes CSV import templates and mapping help for the core records. Large or unusual migrations, custom integrations, and historical document imports are quoted separately after we review your export.
