Is this a complete EHR?
It is a practice management system focused on the operational side of ABA: intake, authorizations, scheduling, session documentation, billing exports, and communication. It is not a clinical decision-support tool and does not provide medical advice.
Can we import our existing data?
Yes. Setup includes CSV import templates and mapping help for clients, staff, and authorizations. Large or unusual migrations are quoted separately after we review your export.
Does it handle HIPAA?
The application ships with security-minded defaults such as role-based access, audit logs, and controlled exports. HIPAA compliance also depends on your hosting, policies, business associate agreements, and staff training. We help you configure a compliant deployment; software alone does not make a practice compliant.
Can we customize it for our workflows?
With a Source License, yes — the code is yours to modify without restriction. With a Licensed Software plan, you can purchase feature packages for specific additions, and we handle the implementation and deployment.
How many users can we add?
There are no per-user fees. Add as many staff accounts as your operation needs, subject to the roles and permissions you configure.
Where does it run?
Anywhere Node.js and a supported database run: your cloud account, your own server, or a managed host we set up for you. The setup service includes hosting and SSL configuration if you want it handled.
